Mango Ladoo

Mango ladoos r delicious balls of mango pulp & spiced condensed milk rolled in dessicated coconut. Mango ladoo tastes so gud & they r completely different from regular ladoos. It can be made instantly with just three ingredients.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To prepare mango ladoo, in a thick bottomed pan dry roast dessicated coconut for abt 5 mins or till fragrant (make sure you do not burn it)

* Step 2

Once it's done, add in the mango pulp & stir till combined well.

* Step 3

Add condensed milk, add cardmom powder, the mixture will be gooey now. Keep on stirring to avoid charring.

* Step 4

Once the mixture reaches a doughy consistency & comes together, switch of the flame and allow it to cool completely.

* Step 5

Pinch out a small ball & roll between palms, roll the ladoos in dessicated coconut powder.Repeat till all the ladoos r done.

* Step 6

Apply chopped pista on top of ladoo

Mango pulp, condensed milk & dessicated coconut powder

Refrigerate the ladoos for more shelf life as we have added coconut in it

* Step 9

If u want ur mango ladoos more sweeter thn u can add 1/2 - 1tbsp sugar

* Step 10

U can add 1tbsp ghee also to ladoos if u like
