Beef roll (delicious)
The meat, without exaggeration, is very tender. A minimum of spices reveal its true taste.
It's hard for me to tell what part of the beef it is, it looks like a shoulder blade. But the piece is not solid, I had to collect. The main thing is that the pulp should be without films and hard veins. But fat is welcome. You will need kitchen string.

* Step 1
Beef pulp (I most likely have a shoulder blade), free from dense films and hard veins. Roll up tightly, lay in the fat and tie tightly with cooking string.
* Step 2
Heat up the pan well. Pour quite a bit, just grease, vegetable oil. Fry a piece of meat on all sides for 1-2 minutes, “seal”.
* Step 3
Salt the meat and season to taste. I have dry chopped onion and black pepper.
* Step 4
Place the meat in a deep dish, fat side up. Pour in 150 ml of water. Close with foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 120-130 degrees, 3 hours 40 minutes.
* Step 5
When the time has passed, remove the foil and bake the meat for another half an hour at the same temperature.
* Step 6
Then, wrap the meat in foil and leave to rest on the table for a couple of hours. I stayed overnight because it was late to prepare.
* Step 7
