Tutti Fruiti and Nut Cake

#special This is the same as Tutti Fruiti Loaf but made in a Cake pan instead of a Loaf pan. The entire recipe remains the same and the only difference being that, it is made with Tutti Fruiti and more of Nuts or Dry Fruits. I have used Pistachios, Walnuts, Musk Melon Seeds, Watermelon Seeds and Almonds. Isn't that lovely? Well! Yes! It is! Take a dig into this lovely looking Cake with your loved ones on special occasions and make them feel special. I have tried this many a times and each time being praised for it happily. That's the greatest gift ever for me. And since it's given to me by my loved ones and friends, it becomes even more special. So let's get rolling with the recipe friends. Ingredient

Food ration :

10-12 servings

Cooking time :

45 minutes
3/4 cup

Sugar

1 1/2 tsp

Baking Powder

3/4 cup

Milk

1/2 cup

Butter

2 tbsp

Raisins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add a tablespoon of the Flour to the Mixed Nuts and Tutti Fruiti and mix well. Keep it aside.

Whisk Eggs, melted Butter, Sugar and Vanilla Essence until creamy and well incorporated. Meanwhile sift all the dry ingredients. Fold it in the wet mix little by little along with Milk until everything is used up fully.

And finally stir in the Nuts and Tutti Fruiti. Tap it well and bake on 160° in a fan assisted preheated oven on the middle rack for about 40-45 minutes or until the skewer inserted comes out clean.

Let it cool down a bit before slicing it up. Slice and enjoy this delicious Cake with your loved ones and friends alike. Yum!
