Rideless / Skinless Belly Pork

I bought the wrong cut of pork and found this amaing recipe which I adapted to make a litte more asian - WOW

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 People

Cooking time :

Prep 12 cook 4 hrs

White Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix Sugar, Salt and pepper and Chilli im a small bowl and rub all over pork. Put onto a baking sheet or roasting tin uncovered and put in Frdige for 12 hours no more than 14.

* Step 2

Pre Heat Over to 140C, Cover meat with Foil and bake until internal temp around 90C - around 4 hours.

* Step 3

Allow to rest for 10 - 15 mins then slice and Serve. You can keep in fridge (once cooled) for 2-3 days and reheat fat side down in a large heavy frying pan if you want a slight crust. ENJOY :)
