"Shobu (Iris)" is a flower in early summer. We arrange this flower for celebrating "Tango no Sekku (the Boys' Festival)" in Japan.

Knead the dough. Divide the dough into 3, for a Petal part and a Petal Root part, a Small Petal part. Colorize the doughs with food colorings dissolved in water.

Divide the white dough into 3. Make 3 small Petals. Make a yellow petal root dough triangle and join the dough and a purple petal root dough together.

Wrap a bean paste ball with the dough, Make it triangle.

Gradate the border between two colors. Make 3 ditches form the bottom to the top. (Divide it into 3 equal.) Press & stretch down each Petals. Make 1 line on the center of each petal.

Put short 3 lines on one side of each petal. Put 3 round dents on the top. And connect them. Put the 3 small petals in the dents.
