Veg Pita Sandwich
Freshly made pita stuffed with delicious vegetables, makes for an amazing and healthy breakfast or lunch recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the pita:In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and sugar
* Step 2
Add the yeast and cold water to knead a stiff but pliable dough
* Step 3
After kneading, knead for a minute post adding the oil
* Step 4
Keep the dough covered in a warm place for 1 hour
* Step 5
For the stuffing, combine the vegetables and greens in a bowl
* Step 6
Add the chopped onion and tomato
* Step 7
Add the garlic powder, pepper and salt
* Step 8
Add the chilli flakes and lemon juice
* Step 9
Mix well after adding the curd and keep the bowl covered
* Step 10
Post resting, divide the dough into equal sized dough balls
* Step 11
Using some flour dusting, roll each into medium sized discs (not very thin)
* Step 12
Cook the rolled discs on a non stick pan by flipping over once brown spots appear
* Step 13
Once done, cut each into half and create a space on each side for adding the stuffing
* Step 14
Add the prepared vegetable stuffing and serve immediately
