There are so many versions of preparing this lauki chana dal ki sabji. This is my version

Ingredient

250 grams

Lauki

2 tablespoons

chana dal

Half teaspoon

of haldi

Half teaspoon

of red chilli powder

Half teaspoon

of Dhaniya powder

Half teaspoon

of jeera

Half teaspoon

of mustard seeds

Half teaspoon

of whole coriander

2 tablespoons

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, wash and soak chana dal for half an hour.

* Step 2

Wash and peel lauki and cut to pieces. Boil along with a cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and a small amount of haldi. Cook for three whistles on low flame no need to add so much water

* Step 3

Take oil in a Kadai add mustard seeds, jeera, and whole coriander. Gradually add two kinds of Chillies and add sliced onion fry for 3 to 4 minutes on a low flame. Tomato fry for another 2 minutes. After that add boiled lauki add red chili powder, Dhaniya powder, and salt cook for another 10 minutes on a low flame and it's done.

* Step 1

At first grind tomato matar and green chilli keep it aside

Arrange rest of things in a mixing bowl, boil some water and make it look warm. Add tomato paste into arranged things

* Step 3

Knead a soft dough with water. Grease some oil in a polythene take small portion of the better and try to spread with help of your fingers, don't make it so thin. Then add this into a tawa. cook both sides with help of little amount of oil.

Cook in a low flame.

Ingredient

4 tablespoons

11/2 teaspoon

tomato ketchup

to taste

1 tablespoon

ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon

jeera

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Cholae for 8 hours.

* Step 2

Take oil in cooker add sugar, jeera, chilli after that add chopped onion, add ginger garlic paste gradually fry all these things for 5 to 7 minutes.

* Step 3

Gradually add cashew and chole.add haldi along with that add all kind of masala including salt and tomato ketchup mix all these things together, fry for 8 minutes add required amount of water cook for three to four whistles in a low flame.finally add baesan, give a boil for 5 minutes.its Done.

At first make a soft dough with help of above ingredients as mentioned. Wash and chop broccoli and keep it aside.

* Step 2

At first take oil in a kadai add Add chopped garlic, gradually add grated broccoli e along with haldi, red chilli powder and salt fry for 5 minutes and add chopped onion into it and put off the gas.

Take small portion of the dough roll it stuff the broccoli coverit make a ball and again roll it then make paratha

* Step 1

At first take oil in a kadai

* Step 2

Add maethi and palak after 2 minutes ad besan, haldi, sugar,red chilli powder and salt. Mix all the things together sprinkle some water from top. Cook in low flame till you get this texture
