White Sauce - Dairy, Gluten & Wheat Free

Having intollerences we wanted a white sauce that we could have and the rest of the family would like too.

Ingredient

5-10 minutes
300 ml

rice milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Note: Dietary status is a guideline only. If you have a food allergy, please check the suitability of your ingredients

* Step 2

Add the rice milk and vitalite to a pan and allow the vitalite to slowly melt. Once melted remove from the heat

* Step 3

Add a little of the milk and melted vitalite to the flour and adding a little mixture at a time mix into a smooth and runny paste.

* Step 4

Pour the smooth runny paste back into the remaining milk/vitalite and return to the heat and stir (sauce will thicken whilst stirring)

* Step 5

Add to your required dish. I add cooked diced chicken and precooked pasta to the sauce pan and mix together.
