Brownies - Gluten, wheat and dairy free

This is a family favourite I have adapted to be Gluten, wheat & Dairy free as myself and my husband are intolerant

Ingredient

Food ration :

16 Squares

Cooking time :

25-30 Minutes
200 g

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Note: Dietary status is a guideline only. If you have a food allergy, please check the suitability of your ingredients.

* Step 2

Pre heat oven to 180 degree or gas mark 4

* Step 3

In a pan melt the dairy free spread and chocolate

* Step 4

In a separate bowl mix together the flour, sugar and baking powder

* Step 5

Stir in the melted mixture and then pour into an oiled and lined baking dish (I use a square silicone baking tray)

* Step 6

Bake in a pre heated oven for 25-30 minutes

* Step 7

Once cooked cut into squares or slices if desired and allow to cool
