Marinated Vermicelli

In this recipe, I used crab sticks which is made with fish based surimi. Surimi means 'ground fish meat' in Japanese, and is made from lean, white fleshed fish. They give good texture and umami flavor to their dishes.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings
*1 Tbsp

vinegar

*1 tsp

sugar

*1 tsp~

soy sauce

* to taste

sesame oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak cucumber in cold salted (1 tsp) water for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze well.

* Step 2

Bring the water to a boil, add bean‐starch vermicelli and cook according to the directions on the package. Cut into bite sized pieces.

* Step 3

Mix all ingredients and marinate.
