Tasty Veg: Still Trying To Make Kunde Taste Good
If you've been following me, you'll know I do not like kunde. They're hard and fibrous with a weird taste. But from research I see they are super healthy, and there's the little matter of they are in plenty in the shamba. I've been doing experiments trying to improve their texture and taste. I think the biggest health benefits are the amount and type of fibre they have and apparently they have high protein. The last time I cooked it I combined with Mexican mole sauce. This time I used a combo of chicken stock, gravy, and aromatic vegetables. The taste improved quite a bit. I guess I can truly say I am on the verge of creating the perfect kunde dish.
