Dal Vada Aloo Dum Chutney

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the daal. Soak in sufficient water for two hours along with raw rice. Grind to paste with little water. Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Mix onion, mango ginger, chopped chilli, salt, turmeric, ajwain and cumin seeds to the batter.
* Step 3
Prepare vada as the size one likes. Deep fry both sides. Serve with Aloodum and Tomato chutney.
