Ingredient

1/2 cup

rice flour

1.5 cup

milk

1/2 cup

sugar

1 Tsp

ghee

1 pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the rice flour with ghee for 3 minutes on low flame till colour change. Set aside.

Heat milk to boil and add sugar to dissolve with milk.

* Step 3

Lower the flame and add salt, rice flour and cardamom powder. Mix and cook till the dough leaves the pan.

* Step 4

Set the sweet rice flour dough in a greased tin. Allow to cool. Garnish with chopped dry fruits. Cut into squares and the Rice Flour Burfi is ready to serve.
