Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a grinder add onions, Tomatoes. Grind it in smooth paste.
* Step 2
Take a pan/ a kadhai on Medium flame. Add oil, cumin seeds, bay leaf, asafoetida. Let it crackled. Now add the onion-tomato paste.
* Step 3
Let it cook by closing the lid. Cook till the oil gets released and till the raw aroma vanished.
* Step 4
Clean the mixy with water take out that water in a bowl. Add Turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder to the water. Mix it and get ready.
* Step 5
Pour that masala water in the Onion tomato gravy. Mix it well and let cook all Masala. Get oil released.
* Step 6
Take Green Chillies Garlic ginger paste. Add little water and add to the gravy. Mix it well and let it cook properly. Will get nice Aroma of the gravy comes. Now add salt.
* Step 7
Mix it well and Let get all oil released. Red gravy is ready. This gravy can be used to make many more recipes. With this gravy I m making 2-3 recipes.
