One such lip-smacking sweet dish is 'Rabdi' which can now be made within minutes with this easy-to-make recipe. All you need are just four easily available ingredients to get your hands on this scrumptious dish which are condensed milk, milk, bread crumbs and sugar. You can garnish the rabri with cardamom powder and nuts to add on to the tempting flavors of this yummy rabri. Serve the dish to your friends and family on special occasions and relish its amazing flavours with them.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To start with, take a non-stick pan and keep it on high flame.boil milk on high flame. Add milk to the pan and bring it to a boil, while stirring occasionally.

* Step 2

Meanwhile Remove the edges of the bread slices. Grind the bread slices in a food processor to make fresh bread crumbs and keep aside.

* Step 3

In a bowl add 1/2 cup milk and milk powder and mix well.

* Step 4

Once milk start boiling keep the flame on medium, now add bread crumbs and milk powder mixture then mix it well.

* Step 5

Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame, while stirring continuously

* Step 6

Now add condensed milk,sugar, chopped nuts,mix well and stirring continuously and scrapping the sides of the pan.

* Step 7

Once the rabdi become thick (Adjust the consistency of rabdi according to you).At last add cardamom. Rabdi is ready.

* Step 8

Allow it to cool completely and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

* Step 9

Serve chilled and Garnish with some extra mixed nuts and enjoy!
