Moist Corn Muffins

Ingredient

1 cup

cornmeal

1/3 cup

white sugar

1 Tablespoon

baking powder

1 tsp

salt

2/3 cup

milk

1/2 cup

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

* Step 2

In a large mixing bowl Whisk together the dry ingredients.

* Step 3

In a small mixing bowl whisk the wet ingredients.

* Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the large mixing bowl containing the dry mixture. Mix until combined.

* Step 5

Spoon batter into 12 muffin tins - fill each one about halfway up (can use liners or spray with Pam)

* Step 6

Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 15-18 minutes

* Step 7

Serve warm for a special treat
