Stewed dishes made with "Koya Tofu"
Koya Tofu is a preserved food made by freezing, aging and drying tofu made from soybeans. Nutritional ingredients such as high-quality vegetable protein, lipids, minerals, and vitamins contained in tofu are condensed, making it even more nutritious than ordinary tofu!
It contains good quality protein and is low in sugar.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove dried shiitake mushrooms from the water and cut them into quarters. Cut the carrot into 1cm width.
* Step 2
Put the dried shiitake mushroom soup, A, in a pan and cook over medium heat. After boiling, add Koya tofu, carrots and dried shiitake mushrooms.
* Step 3
Slightly shift the lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat until a little soup remains.
