#special #cookpadindia A yummy side dish to go with parathas and rotis or naans for breakfast. This can be served on the day of Bakra Eid or during the celebrations that follow it. Made easily with simple spices, it tastes delicious. Freshly ground pepper gives it a very lovely aroma and taste as well. The amount of it added depends upon one's liking and thus can make it accordingly. That doesn't mean that it can be made only during Eid days. It can be relished on any day or occasion. It's an aromatic and a flavourful dish that can be relished with Naans for a lovely meal. It can also be enjoyed with Zeera Rice or Hyderabadi Baghara Khana. Happy Mealtimes! Goat Liver

2-3 tbsp

Oil

1/2 tsp

Garam Masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Saute onions at first with ginger garlic paste. Add liver cut into bite-sized pieces along with the rest of the spices including salt.

* Step 2

Saute until 5 minutes on medium-high heat. Add 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 8 to 10 whistles or as required. Let the pressure settle down before opening the lid.

* Step 3

Saute it on a high heat and adjust salt now if required. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle garam masala. Serve this as a yummy side dish with parathas or naans for breakfast or dinner. Yum!
