Chicken Sandwich Bites

Chicken Sandwich Bites

Crispy and flavourful chicken sandwich bites for a quick breakfast or snack

Ingredient

2 tablespoon

all purpose flour

to taste

Salt

as needed

Water

1 tablespoon

roasted cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

garam masala powder

2-3 tbsp

Oil to pan fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, dry powdered and whole spices

* Step 2

Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well by adding enough water to create a spreadable paste(not too runny)

* Step 3

Check the taste and flavours before adding the minced chicken

* Step 4

Mix well and keep the mix marinated for 15-20 minutes

* Step 5

Meanwhile, slice the sides of the breads and keep them ready

* Step 6

Post marination, apply 1-2 tablespoons of the mix on one sides of the slices and spread well

* Step 7

Heat some oil to pan fry on a non stick pan

* Step 8

Place the mix side of the side on the pan first to fry

* Step 9

Fry till golden brown and crisp and then flip to fry for a few seconds on the other side, before taking off heat

* Step 10

Plate immediately accompanied with ketchup or dips of your choice

* Step 11
